IONA SONG

BSc Anthropology, UCL

Iona recently graduated from BSc Anthropology at UCL. Her interests include theories of affect, temporality and imagined futures, and concepts of the Anthropocene. She recently completed her dissertation exploring how climate activists in Extinction Rebellion make sense of and reframe their relationship to the future, from the vantage point of the present. At UCL MAL, she hopes to learn more about research processes and future possibilities for ethnographic practices.
