podcast and social media teams

PIA KEELEY-JOHNSON

BSc Anthropology

Pia Keeley-Johnson is an anthropologist studying in her final year at UCL. Her interests lie in using her anthropological training to mediate meaningful change, wherever that may be. She is currently conducting her dissertation on multisensory kinning via digital communication technologies, primarily in the context of transnational surrogacy. At UCL MAL, she aims to nurture skills that will enable her to curate innovative, engaging, and accessible research. Working on the MAL podcast, as well as the social media team, is a sure way to prototype how academics can get knowledge out there!
